LCUB continues to invest millions of dollars every year into our system to ensure our 65,430 customers across four counties receive reliable and affordable electric services.
As the State of Tennessee cautiously reemerges from the COVID-19 pandemic, LCUB remains committed to providing safe and reliable services. We are doing the following:
- Our Customer Service Centers are now reopened. LCUB Customer Service Representatives are behind protective glass. We respectfully encourage customers to wear protective masks and practice the six-foot social distancing guidelines for the safety and protection of themselves and others.
- If you are uncomfortable entering our lobbies, please feel free to to continue to utilize our drive-thrus, night drops and other convenient online bill pay options for making payments.
- If approaching service disconnect status, call 1-844-687-5282 for help with your bill. Choose option #5 then #2.
- To reach customer service or to sign-up for new service by phone, call 1-844-687-5282 and choose option #5 then #3.

The LCUB Gas Department serves Lenoir City and the immediate surrounding area. LCUB has approximately 189 miles of natural gas mains serving approximately 6,277 customers.
The top priority of LCUB's Water Department is to provide safe, high-quality drinking water for our 9,005 customers. LCUB frequently performs numerous tests, often exceeding the requirements mandated by federal and state laws, to ensure our water is safe.
LCUB applies cutting-edge technology to ensure the wastewater needs of our 5,362 customers are met and to protect the environment and natural ecosystem in Loudon County.
