LCUB is committed to providing safe and reliable services to our customers at all times. As the State of Tennessee cautiously reemerges from the COVID-19 pandemic, LCUB is doing the following:

First and foremost, if you are approaching disconnect status with your service and need assistance with your bill, please call 1-844-687-5282 and choose option #5 then option #2. We will be happy to work with you.

We have reopened our Customer Service Center lobbies as of May 1st. Please be aware that our Customer Service Representatives will be behind protective glass. We respectfully encourage you to please wear protective masks and to continue to observe the six-foot social distancing guidelines for your own protection and the protection of others. If you are uncomfortable entering the lobbies please feel free to continue to use night drops and drive-thrus for bill pay, along with our other convenient online bill pay options as well as pay-by-phone.
