Chris Clabough is the Safety and Risk Manager at LCUB and has been with the utility for 23 years. Chris began his career at LCUB in operations, gaining valuable field experience and an understanding of the utility’s daily operations before transitioning into his current manager role. Prior to his work in utilities, Chris spent several years in law enforcement as a certified officer, and the fire service as a certified firefighter. There he developed an appreciation for public service and community safety; skills he continues to apply in his work with LCUB.

A Lenoir City native, Chris is active in the community as an elected public official.  He enjoys duck hunting, watching baseball, and spending time with family and friends. He has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for 21 years and is the proud father of four children: Laine, Kaley, Brittany, and Chelsey.
