Daniel Wilkins serves as the Operations Manager for Water, Wastewater, and Natural Gas at LCUB. He began his utilities career more than 20 years ago with Fulghum, MacIndoe, & Associates, where he worked as a Resident Project Representative.

Before officially joining LCUB in June 2021, Daniel spent many years partnering with the utility as a contractor, gaining a deep understanding of LCUB’s infrastructure and operations. Today, he oversees existing systems and new installations that keep water distribution, wastewater collection, and natural gas services running efficiently.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with Sara, his wife of 29 years. They have three daughters and three grandsons. When not with family and friends, Daniel enjoys the outdoors and feels blessed by God and grateful for the life he leads.
