Adam Duncan is the Assistant Vice President of Electric and Fiber, leading LCUB’s electric and fiber infrastructure projects, including line extensions, capital upgrades, relocations, planning, operations, maintenance, and grid modernization. A licensed Professional Engineer, Adam earned both his Bachelor’s (2010) and Master’s (2012) in Biosystems Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

With more than a decade of experience as an engineering consultant focused on utility and transportation projects, Adam brings a blend of technical expertise and leadership to his role. A Knoxville resident since 2005, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children and can often be found on a lake when not working.
