The Lenoir City Utilities Board (“LCUB”) is soliciting sealed competitive proposals (“Proposals”) for the above referenced project (“Project”), which will be accepted by LCUB’s Procurement Manager until 10:00 AM (local time) on March 9th, 2026 (the “Proposal Submittal Deadline”); at which time all Proposals timely submitted will be publicly opened and the names of each Proposal’s proposer(s) read aloud. The proposals will be evaluated by the executive staff.
Only Proposals received by LCUB’s Procurement Manager at or before the Proposal Submittal Deadline will be opened and considered by LCUB. Such Proposals must be hand-delivered in person, by overnight carrier or mailed (at the proposer’s sole risk for late or improper delivery) using the following applicable address: If delivered by hand or overnight delivery the proposal must be sent to: Lenoir City Utilities Board, Attn: Eric Fritts, 7698 Creekwood Park Blvd., Lenoir City, TN 37772 (or if by regular mail to: Lenoir City Utilities Board, Attn: Eric Fritts, Post Office Box 449, Lenoir City, TN 37771).
