Lee Hartline currently serves as Director of Information Technology and has been at LCUB since 1993. In this role, Lee provides strategic leadership for LCUB’s technology initiatives, including oversight of the organization’s Data Center and administrative oversight of the Metering Department.

Throughout his career, Lee earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Information Technology Management, and later completed a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Specializing in Cyber Operations. His expertise has been instrumental in advancing LCUB’s technology infrastructure and strengthening cybersecurity practices.

Outside of work, Lee enjoys traveling, hiking, and snow skiing with his wife, Soera, and treasures time spent with his children and grandchildren.
