Melissa Hartline serves as the Customer Service Manager, overseeing a team of more than 20 representatives and guiding daily operations with a focus on efficiency, empathy, and customer satisfaction. With more than 25 years of experience in Customer Service, she has advanced through roles as a representative, billing staff member, and supervisor before stepping into her current position.

A graduate of Halls High School (Class of 1984), Melissa earned an associate degree in Computer Science from Pellissippi State Community College in 1989. She has been happily married to her husband, David, for 31 years. Outside of work, Melissa is an avid animal lover who enjoys relaxing with a good mystery movie.
