Phil Pierce is the Director of Operations & Logistics, overseeing System Operations, Warehouse, Fleet, Underground Utility Locates, and Facilities Maintenance. Phil has been with LCUB for 43 years, including 37 years full time, serving as Staff Accountant, Electric Warehouse Manager/Purchasing Agent, Procurement Manager, and System Operations Manager before stepping into his current role.

He graduated from Lenoir City High School in 1983 and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Tennessee Wesleyan University in 1997. Phil enjoys camping, traveling, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers. He has been married to his wife, Renee, for 31 years, and they have two children, Delaney (Emily) and Oran.
