Rachel Pelot is the Broadband Service Delivery Manager, where she oversees the scheduling, installation, and billing of broadband services. Over her eight years at LCUB, Rachel has worked in accounting and office administration, implementing the company’s employee portal and digital bulletin boards.

She graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her kids at their sporting events, fishing, and traveling to new places.
