Sandy Shubert is the Supervisor of LCUB’s Customer Service Call Center. She joined LCUB in October 2016 as a Customer Service Representative and, one year later, helped establish the Call Center.  This is an achievement she takes great pride in. Her dedication to teamwork and service excellence reflects her strong commitment to LCUB and its customers.

A 1983 graduate of Lenoir City High School, Sandy married her husband, Mike Shubert, in 1986. They have two children, Michael Jr. and Gracie Shubert Allen, and five grandchildren: Kazlie, Myla, Makaylyn, Sophie, and Zoey. Outside of work, Sandy enjoys cross-stitching, reading cookbooks, attending church, and spending time with family.
