William “Will” Lepley serves LCUB as Manager of Fiber Field Operations. With more than 26 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he brings extensive technical expertise and leadership to his role. His career has taken him across the eastern United States and abroad, giving him a broad perspective on operations and innovation in the field.

A long-time resident of Tennessee, Will joined LCUB in October 2024 and takes pride in serving the community he calls home. His dedication to quality service and teamwork reflect LCUB’s mission of “Going the Extra Mile.” Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, woodworking, and gardening. These pursuits reflect his appreciation for craftsmanship and the outdoors.
