    • Breaker Policy: For electric service, it is the customer's and / or applicant's responsibility to ensure that the main breaker switch is turned off at the service location prior to service activation. LCUB will NOT install any electric meter at any service location unless the main breaker is turned off. If an LCUB representative must make a return trip because a breaker is not turned off, an additional $25.00 service charge for each trip during regular work hours will be assessed from the customer.
