Procurement

LCUB purchases a variety of goods and services to support its operations. To ensure the procurement of goods and services in a fair and cost-effective manner for the utilities, LCUB participates in a competitive bidding process for most purchases.

Our procurement process begins with a Request for Proposal (RFP). Inclusiveness and competitive bidding on all RFPs are encouraged through the advertisement in local publications and on the LCUB website. Vendors are encouraged to review the specifications, create a response, and submit proposals by the printed deadline for consideration.

LCUB provides an equal opportunity for all companies, including small, disabled, minority, and women-owned companies, to participate in our competitive bidding process. Please review the list of open RFPs below and contact us if you have any questions.
