LCUB’s automated response system uses customer telephone numbers to quickly notify us of a power outage. We ask that you please register your phone number with your LCUB account now so that we may best serve you during a utility outage situation. If you do not link your phone number to your account, LCUB will be unable to locate you when you call to report an outage.
Easy Steps to Register your phone number to your LCUB Account:
Before calling, please have your 12-Digit LCUB account number ready, which can be located in the both the top left hand section and bottom right hand section of your bill.
- Call 1-844-Our-LCUB (1-844-687-5282)
- Press Option 1
- Enter your 12-digit LCUB Account Number
- Enter up to 3 phone numbers
- The automated system will ask for a home phone number, cell number, and work number, but you may enter up to three phone numbers of your choosing.
